New Bowl Series & Ponderings

I've been trying to keep myself busy the last 24 hrs.  The south has been hit with extreme weather, over one hundred tornadoes, extreme storms, several hundred dead over 6 states.  Alabama seems to have been hit the hardest.  And my heart is in Alabama, specifically Huntsville, AL.  Finally got a call from him this morning a little after 7am, he had no power, said things were bad there, we were talking and got disconnected, don't know if his mobile went dead or just mobile trouble in general.  Sent a text this afternoon, no response.  I know at least this morning, when things were over that he was ok.  I know when he can he'll get in touch soon.  So in the meantime, I keep busy, thankful that things didn't get as bad here and equally thankful my friends scattered from Alabama to NC & TN are all safe and ok.  My heart hurts for the ones who have suffered losses in all this.  I pray we have quiet weather for as long as possible to help them pick up the pieces of their lives and start to heal.
